Browne Jacobson advised on sale of Zazzle Media to Stickyeyes

Law firm Browne Jacobson advised Zazzle Media on its sale to digital marketing agency Stickyeyes.

Established in 2009 by managing director Simon Penson, Zazzle Media is an award winning digital marketing agency operating from offices in London and Peterborough. Clients include eBay, AO.com, Mecca Bingo and Johnston Press.

Stickyeyes was founded in 1996 and specialises in advising international brands including Staples, hertz and ghd across 17 jurisdictions.

The deal with Leeds based Stickeyes will create one of the largest, independent full service digital agencies in the UK.

Stickeyes CEO Craig Chalmers will head the new group with Simon Penson joining the executive team.

Zazzle Media was supported in the transaction by Richard Cox, corporate finance partner in the firms Nottingham office. Other advisers included Spring Corporate Finance.
