Four star Hogarth Hotel deal for Browne Jacobson

Browne Jacobson has advised Helena and Andy Hogarth on the acquisition of the four-star Stone Manor Hotel in Stone, Kidderminster for an undisclosed sum.

Helena and Andy Hogarth, who also own the award winning four-star Hogarths Hotel & Restaurant in Dorridge, will rename the hotel Hogarths Stone Manor.

The hotel, which consists of 56 bedrooms, conference suites and the AA Fields Restaurant along with 25 acres of landscaped gardens, will undergo a refurbishment programme

The Browne Jacobson team comprised Vicky Gaskell (corporate) and Lisa McGill (Property).
