MSQ secures 7.8m investment from NVM

Browne Jacobson has advised management at MSQ Partners on the £7.8m investment from NVM Private Equity.

Founded in 2011 following a MBO of public company Media Square plc, MSQ Group is the UK based holding company for seven leading creative marketing communications agencies which act for many of the worlds leading brands including British Airways, Peugeot, Guinness, Coca Cola, Unilever and Vodafone.

Specialising in design, digital marketing, advertising and public relations, MSQ is headquartered in London, employs around 650 staff across 25 offices worldwide and generates an annual turnover of £100m.

NVM Private Equity is one of the UKs leading independent private equity businesses focussed on making equity investments of between £2m and £10m in UK and manage over £290 million of funds.

The Browne Jacobson team was led by corporate finance partner Gavin Cummings and assisted by Mike Jackson and Helen Morgan.
