Browne Jacobson advises Staffline on Magna acquisition

Nottingham based Staffline Group has continued its ambitious growth strategy with the acquisition of Magna Recruitment.

Lutterworth based Magna Recruitment was established in 1990 and provides temporary and permanent personnel for local, regional and national clients looking for all categories of drivers as well as unskilled and skilled industrial staff through its two dedicated divisions.

With its headquarters on Nottinghams NG2 Business Park, Staffline Group plc is an AIM listed recruitment organisation specialising in permanent and temporary recruitment and training services to the food processing, manufacturing, e-retail and logistics. Established in 1986, the company has achieved outstanding growth in the last ten years both organically and through a series of strategic acquisitions.

Gavin Cummings and Vicky Gaskell from Browne Jacobson advised Nottinghamshire based Staffline on the acquisition of the specialist Leicestershire based recruiter.

The team has acted for Staffline on more than ten acquisitions in recent years including Arnashade Recruitment, Qubic Recruitment, A La Carte and Ethos Recruitment.
