Browne Jacobson has successfully advised technology company FLYdocs Systems Limited in securing development capital funding and strategic support to accelerate its international expansion and acquisitive growth strategy from Growth Capital Partners (GCP).
Tamworth based FLYdocs, which was founded in 2007 and employs over 100 people globally, provides software and data services to a global airline industry client base which includes commercial airlines and aircraft lessors. Its UK based business is supported by operations in India, China, Philippines and the USA.
Browne Jacobson’s corporate finance partner Mike Jackson, assisted by Jude King, advised the management team led by CEO Adrian Ryan.
