Law firm Browne Jacobson has advised the management team of Dale Power Solutions, a leading manufacturer and service provider of secure power solutions, in a multi-million pound buy-out deal backed by a £10.5m investment stake by leading mid-market private equity firm LDC.
As part of the TT electronics family of companies, Scarborough-based Dale Power Solutions was founded over 75 years ago manufactures and supplies secure power systems to all major UK and international market sectors, including hospitals, data centres, financial institutions and transport organisations.
Experts from Browne Jacobsons corporate finance team advised a management team led by chief executive Tim Wilkins. The deal will also see Andy Lyndon and John Green, from LDC, join the Board and Denzil Lee appointed as Chairman.
The Browne Jacobson team was led by Corporate Partner Richard Medd. Other advisers included Gavin Cummings and Paul Ray.
