Browne Jacobson announces 12 associate promotions

UK law firm Browne Jacobson has announced the promotion of 12 associates across its Nottingham and Birmingham offices.

The newly promoted associates are:

Nottingham

  • Claire Gay - Property
  • Helen Taylor - Employment
  • Michael Sadler - Construction and Property Risk
  • Paul Smith - ComSet (lawyer led volume claims handling service)
  • Susan Slade - Personal Injury
  • Stephanie Coates - Environment/Advocacy
  • Nina Best - Commercial
  • Jamie Otter - Education

Birmingham

  • Lisa McGinn - Property
  • Rachael Gooddy - Personal Injury
  • Dan Thomas - Personal Injury

The announcement follows a successful year for the firm in which it posted a record breaking £35.2m turnover. The firms first half results to date are also up 19 on the same period a year ago.

In announcing the promotions Senior Partner William Colacicchi added:

"These promotions reflect the excellent contribution each lawyer has made to the firm firms ongoing growth and expansion and are richly deserved. All twelve have demonstrated outstanding performance in their practice areas.
