covid secure statement

All 5 of our Browne Jacobson’s offices are Covid Secure. Following an extensive risk assessment and consultation with all of our colleagues we have implemented a substantial number of safety measures including:

  • Social distancing protocols through the use of one way systems, lift restrictions, protocols for use of common areas such as kitchens, showers and toilets and desks spaced to a minimum of 2 metres
  • Number of colleagues in the office at any one time reduced to a third, with others continuing to work remotely where possible
  • Sanitisation stations (with wipes, hand gel etc) and hand gel dispensers located at regular points throughout our offices
  • Reduced numbers in our meeting rooms with additional regular cleaning between meetings
  • Closure of our catering facility and specific protocols around drinks & food consumed in the offices
  • Office space booking procedure with high visibility signs to indicate that a desk has been cleaned
  • Refreshed fire and first aid risk assessments with specific Covid training for our fire wardens and first aiders
  • New protocols for our front of house team and use of our client suite including an enhanced cleaning regime
  • New protocols for central services such as documents solutions and IT
  • Building maintenance and service checks pre-opening
  • Provision of face masks for those using public transport

All of our measures are subject to continuous review by reference to government guidelines. Copies of our risk assessments and protocols are available to clients and visitors on request.
