Our Information Compliance Audit is a one day on-site audit
carried out by one of our expert data protection lawyers. It aims
to ensure that your school is storing, processing and sharing
information in line with the Data Protection Act.

security. From both a reputational and financial perspective, those
in the education sector cannot afford to make mistakes such as data
loss or mishandling personal information. Given the volume of data,
including personal information, that education providers handle, we
recognise that ensuring that information is processed lawfully can

Our 'health check' includes a review of existing policies and
systems and interviews with relevant staff. A written report is
produced following the audit, which will include recommendations on
any aspects of your system which our team believe require
review.
