Managing the procurement process within tight timeframes
NHS Nottingham City needed to procure
three new General Practitioner (GP) surgeries and a walk-in
health centre for Nottingham within a short timeframe. The
procurement processes had to be run in tandem, although there was a
requirement to acknowledge their differences. As part of the
process, the organisation wanted to move from contract award to
sign off in a short space of time.
