Providing seamless service to a major insurer
To provide Hiscox with an efficient and streamlined outsourcing service to handle certain professional indemnity claims and their administration. This was to be undertaken for a fixed fee per notification and required close liaison with the Hiscox team to ensure their clients received a seamless service, regardless of who was processing the claims.
We created a dedicated claims handling and administration team to work with Hiscox and their clients to process claims on a timely basis. We also used our information technology capabilities to develop an innovative and award winning system to deal with the claims handling and to monitor and manage reporting.
