Under the Licensing Act 2003, to legally sell alcohol you and your staff must be fully and correctly licensed. In order to qualify for a personal licence, an applicant must hold a licensing qualification which is Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) accredited and government approved.
BIIAB's qualification, the BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH), is both QCA accredited and Government approved, and has been specifically designed to meet the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003.
