Under the Licensing Act 2003, to legally sell alcohol you and
your staff must be fully and correctly licensed. In order to
qualify for a personal licence, an applicant must hold a licensing
qualification which is Qualifications and Curriculum Authority
(QCA) accredited and government approved.
BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence
Holders
BIIAB's qualification, the BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate
for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH), is both QCA accredited and
Government approved, and has been specifically designed to meet the
statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003. Browne Jacobson

administer the examination at our offices. You can attend our
course, take your examination and obtain your qualification all on
