Seminar overview
The course aims to provide junior claims handlers with a basic EL/PL claims tool kit.
Students will follow a case study from the Letter of Claim stage through to final settlement. This format will provide opportunities for discussion and idea sharing to solve practical problems based on realistic scenarios.
Seminar 4 - Quantum update, trial and costs
A review of the latest trends in how damages are assessed, the Claims Handlers' role in the trial process and managing claims for costs.
