were able to help deliver the Greater Nottingham LIFT scheme.
The Greater Nottingham LIFT is an excellent example of a large
and complex public/private sector partnership project. Browne
Jacobson were able to assist the PCTs in the delivery of this
successful scheme through our extensive knowledge of the health
sector coupled with the wide commercial experience that our lawyers
have from years of acting for private sector clients.
Stewart explains how we were able to bring in the resources of
the whole of our multi-disciplinary health law team to assist the
PCTs in the delivery of the project - including lawyers
specialising in governance, commercial contracts, tax,
construction, property, environmental lawyers and planning.
