Motor Update Issue 1
Introduction
Welcome to our first 'Motor Update'. The update builds on a
number of earlier publications through which we have sought to keep
our clients informed of developments in the ever changing legal
arena and takes into account our own research into our clients
needs in this regard.

of interest' deals with our successes, tactics which may be of
interest to you and ongoing legal trends and developments. The
'Legal update' contains a summary of important developments in
motor law over the past 2 months. Finally, 'Firm news' includes a
summary of our training programme over the coming weeks and also
gives us an opportunity to tell you what we get up to when we're
not at our desks!
We've chosen to use our first edition to look forward to 2007.

significant developments anticipated this year and the legal update
includes some important information about changes to the CPR which
will come into effect in April.
