Healthcare update

Welcome to the first edition of our healthcare update, an easy and convenient way for claims, complaints and risk managers in the healthcare sector to stay up to date with legal developments. We hope you will find these articles of interest.

 

The last few months have been busy for the Medical Negligence teams in our Nottingham and Birmingham offices. We are delighted to have been reappointed to the NHSLA’s clinical negligence panel and look forward to continuing to work with the NHSLA and the NHS Trusts for whom we are their panel lawyers.
