Staffline Group acquires A La Carte

Staffline Group PLC of Nottingham has acquired Leicester-based
recruitment firm A La Carte for an undisclosed sum.
A La Carte supplies temporary and permanent staff for the food,
catering and hospitality sectors. It was founded by brothers Robert
and Erik Vitols 20 years ago and currently employs 30 people at its
offices in Granby Street.
None of A La Carte’s employees will be affected by the sale and
the Vitols brothers are to remain with the business. Its brand
identity will also stay the same with A La Carte continuing to
concentrate on Leicestershire and the East Midlands.
Staffline, which is listed on AIM, the London Stock Exchange’s
Alternative Investment Market, has more than 130 branches
nationally.

Staffline. He commented: “The acquisition is in line with the
Company's strategy of growing its business and broadening its
revenue streams by acquiring complementary recruitment
businesses.”
