Browne Jacobson advises Inspired Thinking Group on TMS acquisition
9 June 2010
Corporate lawyers at Browne Jacobson have advised Inspired Thinking
Group (ITG) on its strategic acquisition of software development
company Total Marketing Service (TMS) backed by £3.2m investment
from ISIS Equity Partners.
Birmingham based marketing services company ITG specialises in
helping businesses operate more efficiently by offering innovative
campaign planning, content control and print management
services.
The company was established in 2009 by CEO Simon Ward following
his acquisition of three Birmingham-based marketing businesses. The
group's projected turnover for 2010 is £15 million.
Jo Bligh, Corporate Partner at Browne Jacobson, lead on the
deal. She commented:
“ITG has come a long way in such a short space of time. With
Simon Ward at the helm and an already impressive client portfolio
that includes the likes of Marks & Spencer, Punch Taverns and
KFC the company’s long term prospects look very strong. TMS has a
great synergy with ITG and its major strengths support ITG’s
expansion plans. This latest acquisition is a perfect fit for ITG
as it looks to develop cutting edge marketing solutions for its
growing commercial client base.”
