Midlands law firm Browne Jacobson has
appointed partner Lorna Hardman as part of the ongoing expansion of
the firm’s nationally acclaimed clinical negligence team.
Lorna joins the firm from Capsticks where
she specialised in the full range of clinical negligence claims,
including many cerebral palsy, neurological injury and Fatal
Accident Act cases, inquests and healthcare regulatory work.
She will be based in the firm’s clinical
negligence team, which was recently ranked second in the United
Kingdom in prestigious legal directory Chambers and Partners, where
she will continue to carry out clinical negligence claims and
inquests for healthcare clients.
Commenting on Lorna’s appointment,
