Safety Executive, Inland Revenue, Customs & Excise, English

The team acts as agents for the Department of Trade and Industry
on issues such as the prosecution of directors and individuals in
bankruptcy and other offences arising from insolvency. For private
clients, the team advises on director’s disqualification,
insolvency, corporate and fraud cases.
