contracts aim to give you the best possible start, this is why:
- you plan your own career - you’ll be given seat option choices
and guidance; view a list of our sectors and services.
- location, location, location - our training contracts are based
at our Nottingham and Birmingham offices
- you’ll spend four periods of six months working in some of the
principal areas of the firm - this enables you to obtain an
overview of our practice whilst gaining valuable experience of
working in a commercial law firm
- the level of work you’ll receive aims to prepare you for
qualification - this puts you in good stead for the realities and
pressures of working as a qualified solicitor
- interested in pro bono work - we aim to give back to our
community and many of our trainees are on our ‘community actions
committee’.
- you’ll receive all the support you need - alongside support
from your supervisors our training principle operates an open door
policy and is available to discuss progress and any issues.
You’ll also have support from our trainee recruitment team, who
you’ll be in contact with right from recruitment until
qualification and beyond!
