We are just over six months on from the last 'horizon scanning'
document we issued, and felt that now was the right time to provide
you with some further insight and debate on the topics which we
consider to be highest on your agenda.
Given the significance of recent government announcements, we
have focused on the 'changing role of the local authority'
following the impact of the comprehensive spending review,
continuous change in the education sector and the significant
health reforms that have been outlined by the government.
