Browne Jacobson property lawyer crowned winner at Nottingham law society adwrds

Paul Olliff, a lawyer in the Property Team at Browne Jacobson,
has won Young Solicitor of the Year at this year’s Nottingham Law
Society Awards.
Paul, who was presented with his award by guest speaker and
former BBC Chief Political Correspondent John Sergeant, specialises
in commercial property transactions of both leasehold and freehold
property. He advises on transactions for a range of clients,
including public authorities, developers, housing associations and
commercial retailers.
Since joining Browne Jacobson in 2006 Paul has also played an
active part in many of the firm’s Community Action initiatives
including working on projects at Lothmore Court Elderly Peoples'
Complex in the Meadows and Sutherland House School. Paul has also
mentored at Nottingham Law School and works closely with the
Princes’ Trust to help young people improve their chances of
employment.
Over the last year Paul has also been one of the driving forces
behind the establishment of the new Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers
Division, a merger of the Nottinghamshire Trainee Solicitors Group
and the Young Solicitors Group.
