Browne Jacobson advises Staffline on TFR acquisition

Staffline Group plc has continued its growth strategy with the
acquisition of TFR Limited (Taskforce Recruitment).
Corporate lawyers at Browne Jacobson advised Nottinghamshire
based Staffline on the acquisition of the Peterborough based
recruiter.
Taskforce Recruitment was formed in 1989 and provides temporary
personnel to a wide variety of industrial sectors throughout the
East Midlands region including manufacturing, food and drink,
transport and logistics and public services. The company holds
around 1500 temporary contract workers on its books through its 10
locations.
Staffline Group plc is an AIM listed recruitment organisation
specialising in permanent and temporary recruitment and training
services to the food processing, manufacturing, e-retail and
logistics. Established in 1986, the company has achieved
outstanding growth in the last ten years both organically and
through a series of strategic acquisitions.
Browne Jacobson’s corporate team has acted for Staffline on more
than ten acquisitions in recent years including Arnashade
Recruitment, Qubic Recruitment, A La Carte and Ethos
Recruitment.
