the challenge:
All insurers face the challenge of dealing with a large number
of claims, which at times require additional support from their
lawyers due to sudden volume increases, the impact of natural
disasters etc. We have been handling a significant volume of cases
for one of our clients on a fixed fee delegated authority
basis.

We approach these claims with the client’s philosophy in mind. A
clear strategy is established by an experienced lawyer from the
outset of the case. More junior lawyers then progress the claim,
with senior input where appropriate, and see it through to
resolution, settling quickly and without the need for litigation.
