Steve Wheldon
Associate Solicitor
Steve is an associate solicitor with the firm
at its Nottingham office. He joined Browne Jacobson in 1987 and
specialises in commercial property, conveyancing and associated
areas.
Steve has experience in freehold and leasehold
property sales. He also deals with purchases both independently of,
and associated with, business sales and purchases, options to
purchase and sell land and acquisition and disposal of investment
property let on commercial tenancies. Steve advises tenants
including major retailers on leases of units in shopping centres,
retail parks and stand-alone units including negotiations on
agreements for lease and ancillary documentation. Steve also has
extensive experience of acting for landlords and tenants on leases
of offices, shops and industrial units, the renewal of tenancies
under Part II Landlord and Tenant Act, 1954 and in respect of
surrenders of and variations to existing leases, licenses to assign
and for alterations.
Away from work, Steve enjoys gardening,
countryside walks, playing golf and watching all types of sport,
particularly rugby and football.
