Simon White
Associate Solicitor
Simon is an associate solicitor with the firm having joined in
1999. He is based at the firms Nottingham offices where he
specialises in commercial contracts, data protection and freedom of
information.
Simon has extensive experience advising public and private
bodies on data protection and Freedom of Information Act issues
along with advising and drafting the full range of commercial
contracts. Many public sector clients benefit from Simon's
enthusiasm, experience and advice on information sharing agreements
and protocols, data protection compliance programmes and data
protection policies.
Away from work, Simon spends as much time as is possible in
Venice visiting friends as he lived there for part of his
undergraduate degree. He also follows the fortunes of Ipswich Town
as they bid to return to the Premiership and enjoys listening to
indie-rock music.
