Simon joined Browne Jacobson in 1997 and specialises in health
law and clinical negligence litigation.
Simon has extensive experience of high value clinical negligence
claims and advises health sector clients on risk management,
disclosure of records, in-house litigation protocols and consent to
treatment issues. He represents clients at inquests, including
those before juries, and is head of the Browne Jacobson Inquests
Group.
Simon's interests outside work include playing guitar, running,
and watching football.
