Shaun Tame
Partner
Shaun is a partner with Browne Jacobson at its
Birmingham office having joined the firm in 2007. He specialises in
non-contentious construction and engineering law and has worked in
this area for seventeen years.
Shaun has experience advising clients as to
the construction and engineering contract aspects of PFI/ LIFT/ and
BSF projects. He has advised registered social landlord's in
connection with their construction contracts for their capital
works programmes, and has experience advising clients as to the
construction and engineering contracts entered into in connection
with regeneration projects. Shaun advises in connection with the
construction and engineering contracts involved with "one-off"
developments, as well as advising as to framework contracts and
partnering arrangements. He advises clients who are engaged
acquiring and disposing of interests in properties as to the
construction aspects involved with those transactions.
Shaun works with a wide range of clients
including funders, developers and others procuring works, as well
as special purpose vehicles, main contractors, sub-contractors, and
professional consultants.
Away from work, Shaun enjoys spending time
with his wife, walking their dog in the countryside.
