Gabor Taller
Trainee Solicitor
Gabor is a trainee solicitor with Browne
Jacobson at its Birmingham office having joined the firm in 2006.
He is currently based in the firm’s corporate team.
Gabor’s role involves advising the owners,
managers and funders of companies in relation to a variety of
corporate transactions. He co-ordinates the due diligence process
and provides support in management buy-outs, acquisitions and
takeovers. Gabor is also involved in supporting the firm’s banking
team, acting for banks and borrowers on a range of deals.
Prior to this, Gabor gained experience in the
firm's employers' liability and public liability and commercial
property teams.
Away from work, Gabor plays football for a
local team and ran the London marathon in April. He enjoys
travelling, cooking and surfing.
