Steven Smith
Solicitor
Steven is a solicitor with the firm at its Nottingham office,
having joined in 2005. He specialises in credit hire, personal
injury and property claims, acting for a variety of insurer
clients.
Steven has been quoted extensively in the press and has written
a number of articles on the subject of credit hire, he also has
conduct of many multi and fast track files in relation to the same,
advising on liability, quantum and contractual issues.
Away from work, Steven has a keen interest in music in
particular the guitar which he plays and also collects a number of
examples. He is also keen on travel and is a football fan,
supporting Sheffield Wednesday.
