Paul Ray
Partner and Head of Banking and Finance
Paul is a partner with Browne Jacobson where he leads the firm's
banking and finance.
Paul's extensive experience encompasses advising on
acquisitions, refinancing, restructures / turnarounds, property
finance transactions, debt purchase and asset finance funding and
general banking matters. He acts for a range of UK and
international clients including corporate borrowers, banks,
building societies and other funders.
Away from work, Paul spends time with his family including his
three young children and at weekends can often be found under
canvas in the Peak District.
