Oliver Pritchard
Partner
Oliver is a partner with Browne Jacobson at
its Nottingham office. He joined the firm in 1998 and specialises
in corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, private
equity, MBO's / MBI's and shareholders agreements. Oliver's
experience includes share and business acquisitions and disposals
for a variety of clients, drafting and advising on agreements and
advising in relation to directors' duties, corporate governance and
shareholder disputes.
Oliver is a specialist in the health and
social care sectors. He has had numerous articles published
in trade journals and advises on corporate governance within the
health sector.
Out of the office, Oliver spends his time playing squash,
tennis, golf and football. He is a qualified football coach and has
coached a local under 14's team for a couple of seasons. Oliver
also enjoys travelling, having visited place such as China, Russia
and Thailand.
