Nikki Prater

Nikki is a solicitor with Browne Jacobson
having joined the firm as a trainee in September 2005. She is based
in Nottingham where she specialises in commercial litigation and
insolvency matters.
Nikki advises on a range of matters including
general contractual disputes, obtaining and resisting injunctions
and advising in relation to contentious corporate matters.
Alongside this, she also advises insolvency
practitioners on contentious issues relating to administrations,
liquidations and bankruptcies.
Away from work, Nikki enjoys watching live
entertainment, especially music and theatre. She also likes to
play badminton in her spare time.
