Nick Phillips
Partner
Nick joined the firm as partner in 2005 and is based at its
Birmingham office where he specialises in commercial property.
His extensive experience includes acting on behalf of a variety
of clients including public authorities, UK based private clients
and international clients on matters such as managing portfolios of
corporate occupiers in the industrial office and retail sector.
He also has experience of dealing with property aspects of
company mergers and acquisitions, flotations, public offers,
MBI/MBO's and joint ventures along with acquisition and disposal
matters for freehold and leasehold property portfolios.
Away from work, Nick spends his time looking after his young
son. He also follows the fortunes of West Bromich Albion football
club and enjoys playing golf and going ski-ing.
