Dominic Offord

Dominic Offord is a partner at the firm's
Nottingham office having joined Browne Jacobson in 1992 and is
described in Chambers as "extraordinarily knowledgeable".
He specialises in general commercial
litigation and contentious insolvency, and is head of the firm's
insolvency team.
Dominic's general commercial litigation
experience has included acting for and on behalf of clients in high
value litigation and warranty claims. He also has extensive
experience acting for insolvency practitioners on both a local and
national basis and advises creditors and directors of financially
distressed companies.
Away from work Dominic enjoys cycling, walking and playing
badminton.
