Amelia Newbold

Amelia is a solicitor with the firm specialising in clinical
negligence. She is based at the Nottingham office, joining in 2001
as a trainee before progressing up the career ladder.
Amelia deals with a wide variety of clinical negligence cases on
behalf of the NHSLA and healthcare Trusts, including a landmark
scheme to mediate a group action with almost 500 Claimants. She
also has a background in employers' and public liability claims,
including 'failure to educate' claims and stress at work claims
against Local Authorities.
Away from work, Amelia keeps active through running and walking
with the rest of her spare time being occupied by decorating and
DIY.
