Shaun McCabe
Associate Solicitor
Shaun is an associate solicitor with the firm at the Nottingham
office. He joined in 2002 and specialises in banking and
finance.
In particular he specialises in advising on the funding of
management buy-outs and buy ins, acquisitions and disposals,
property development transactions and asset based lending.
Shaun spends his time away from work playing football, cricket
and badminton. He also participates in athletics mainly long/middle
distance running and also goes open water sea diving.
