Gordon Monaghan
Associate Solicitor
Gordon is an associate solicitor with the firm
at its Nottingham office. He joined the firm as trainee in 2000
before qualifying in 2002. Since then, Gordon has worked with the
team specialising in commercial dispute resolution and professional
negligence defence work.
His experience includes general contractual
disputes, obtaining and resisting injunctions for restrictive
covenants and advising in relation to contentious corporate
matters.
Gordon is also experienced in advising
insurance companies regarding professional negligence claims
against accountants, solicitors, directors and officers.
Away from work, Gordon enjoys taking part in
triathlons and walking his dog.
