David Maggs
Partner
David is a partner with Browne Jacobson at the firm's London
offices, specialising in local authority insurance litigation. He
joined the firm in 1994 and became partner in 2001.
David has extensive litigation experience acting for insurers,
public authorities and self-insuring organisations. He represents
clients at all stages of incident investigation and can advise on
risk management strategies and their implementation along with
health and safety complaints. David is a regular speaker on risk
management, personal injury and insurance related topics. When he
isn't working David enjoys catching up on his sleep. His first job
was delivering papers so he has come along way to his current
position with the firm!
