Ian Long
Partner
Ian is a partner at Browne Jacobson's Nottingham offices having
joined the firm in 2006. He specialises in clinical negligence and
works on high profile clinical negligence cases with considerable
experience of handling complex and high value claims.
Ian deals primarily with claims involving claimants with
profound brain damage and therefore extensive care and
rehabilitation needs.
He is highly regarded for both his technical expertise and his
ability to pro-actively progress cases through an agreed strategy
with his clients. Ian has also written various articles for
publications such as HSJ, Insurance Post and Think Law, and has
delivered training on a wide range of topics for the NHSLA.
Away from work, Ian enjoys spending time with his young family.
He also plays golf, attends circuit training and is a school
governor.
