Sushil Kuner
Solicitor
Sushil is a solicitor with Browne Jacobson at
its Birmingham office, having joined the firm in September 2007.
She is based in the corporate department and specialises in
corporate finance transactions.
Sushil’s recent work has involved acting for
corporates in share and business acquisitions and advising on
corporate governance issues. This has included the provision of
advice on and the drafting of Shareholders’ Agreements and Articles
of Association as appropriate to the needs of her clients.
Away from work, Sushil enjoys spending time
with her family and friends, travelling and attending concerts and
festivals.
