Mark Hughes
Associate Solicitor
Mark is an associate solicitor with Browne Jacobson having
joined the firm on qualification in 1999.
Mark has extensive experience working on a range of client
matters including MBO's/MBI's, acquisitions and disposals and
shareholder disputes. He specialises in corporate finance, and in
particular dealing with owner managed businesses.
Out of the office, Mark spends his time playing golf. He also
enjoys watching football, mainly following the fortunes of
Leicester City. Sport aside, he enjoys watching films, listening to
music and the odd trip to the pub with friends.
