Paul Giles
Partner
Paul is partner with Browne Jacobson having joined in 1998. He
is based at the firm's Nottingham office and specialises in
business tax.
He has extensive experience in this area having spent 18 years
as a tax specialist including eight years working in the city of
London and one year in Paris. Paul has been involved in advising
clients in relation to a wide range of questions such as tax
planning for corporate acquisitions and disposals, employee benefit
(in particular share options) and tax aspects of property
transactions. His particular interest is French inward
investment.
Away from work, Paul is very active, playing volleyball, cycling
and also going orienteering. He also speaks French, perfected
during his time in France and were he ever to move away from the
legal profession, Paul would love to be a musician.
