Sarah Freeston
Solicitor
Sarah is a solicitor with Browne Jacobson having joined in 2006.
She is based at the firm's Nottingham office where she specialises
in property litigation and general commercial litigation.
Sarah has experience in resolving a wide range of disputes
relating to leasehold and freehold property including rent reviews,
dilapidations disputes, business lease renewals, tenant default and
restrictive covenants disputes. She also undertakes commercial
disputes ranging from small-scale contractual claims to larger more
specialised disputes and has experience in resolving disputes using
mediation.
Away from work Sarah gets involved in a variety of outdoor
sports including distance running, football, cycling, tennis, golf
and skiing.
