James Fawcett

James is an assistant solicitor with Browne
Jacobson having joined the firm in 2006. He is based in the
Nottingham office and specialises in defendant insurance
litigation.
James' role involves defending clients in
employers and public liability claims in a wide range of cases,
including claims against the NHS, agricultural industry and Local
Authorities. He also advises clients on liability and quantum
issues and pursues recovery actions on their behalf.
Prior to moving into defendant litigation,
James trained as a solicitor with a Claimant personal injury
firm.
Away from work, James enjoys playing sports,
reading and listening to music. He also likes to travel and has
recently toured North America.
