Gary Ekpenyoung
Associate
Gary is an associate solicitor with the firm having joined in
1994 as a legal assistant.
He is based at Browne Jacobson's Nottingham offices and
specialises in housing management and property litigation. Gary has
advised and represented public landlords on a number of issues
including the Anti-Social Behaviour Act, the Housing Act and all
categories of possession cases. In addition to this, he has dealt
with access to property claims and property defect claims.
In his spare time, Gary is very active in terms of sports,
playing football and squash along with taking part in athletics and
going cycling. He also enjoys musical theatre and has a keen
interest in digital photography.
