Victoria Dunstall
Associate
Victoria is an associate solicitor with the firm at its
Nottingham office having joined in 2006.
She specialises in insolvency and has extensive experience in
all aspects of contentious and non-contentious matters acting on
behalf of insolvency practitioners and creditors. Specifically,
Victoria has been involved in dealing with asset sales,
preferences, transactions at an undervalue, breach of director's
duties and retention of title claims. Victoria also specialises in
general commercial litigation including breach of contract
claims.
Away from work, Victoria enjoys spending time with friends and
family, walking her dog, reading and playing badminton.
