Richard Cox
Partner
Richard is a partner with the firm specialising in corporate
finance. He is home-grown talent having joined the firm in 1994 as
a trainee before qualifying in 1996.
Richard has worked with a range of clients on corporate finance
transactions including mergers and acquisitions, management
buy-outs and buy-ins. Some of his recent deals have involved acting
for the vendors on the sale of Bridgedale Outdoor Limited and
acting for Advantage Capital Partners on an investment in the
purchase of the Charcol Group.
Away from work, Richard spends his time playing tennis and golf.
He also enjoys travelling having visited places such as Cambodia,
Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Mexico. Richard also enjoys photography and,
had he not chosen to enter the legal profession, would have
combined this with his love of travel to become a travel
photographer.
