Richard Cliff
Richard is a partner with Browne Jacobson at
its Nottingham office having joined the firm in 2007. He
specialises in employer’s and public liability claims and is part
of the firm’s technical claims team.
Richard has extensive experience in defending
employer’s liability claims, particularly in relation to stress,
bullying, harassment and assaults, public liability claims,
judicial review and defamation.
Prior to joining Browne Jacobson Richard
gained experience acting for local authorities, blue light
services, educational establishments, charities, and a wide range
of commercial organisations defending a variety of
technically demanding and often sensitive claims.
Away from work, Richard enjoys spending time
with his family and walking his dog.
